(DALLAS, December 2016; source: CultureHype) – Dallas-based locally-run ticketing company Prekindle is teaming up with local online event source Do214 again this year to throw a holiday party like no other this winter at Club Dada. Featuring special performances by Dallas’ best up-and-coming artists, “The Holiday Party” will take place on Thursday, Dec. 22 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. in Deep Ellum and will serve as a celebration for those who support local music year-round in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. With rapper/hip- hop lyricist -topic, glam rock band Siamese, Dallas’ one and only Strokes cover band Different Strokes, a holiday set by singer-songwriter Sean Russell of Cut Throat Finches, and DJ Fishr Pryce hitting the stage that evening, the event will feature a diverse lineup of emerging artists from right here in DFW who are on the verge of breaking out. Hand Drawn Records, a full-service, artist-centric record label based in Dallas, Texas, will be hosting a Pop- Up Vinyl Shop during the event. The label will be giving away vinyl records, pressed right here in North Texas at their new Hand Drawn Pressing vinyl pressing plant. The records are some of the first records printed the new, state-of-the art vinyl presses.
