I began this label four and a half years ago to bring true community amongst the artists I love, and during this year's Cancer Jam I felt the community expand past the artists on-stage and out into the crowd in the most meaningful way possible. It was more than magic for my mom as she works on healing, it was more than a massive family reunion for our family and it was more than another great performance by the exceedingly talented musicians.
Cancer Jam was more than a show, it was a life-changing experience and we can't wait to do it again next year! On behalf of my family and our Hand Drawn family, I just want to say "Thanks."

Cancer Jam 2015 was a huge success on all levels; with a capacity crowd at Plano's Courtyard Theater, generous sponsors and a lot of private donors; over $35k was raised for the honoree, Linda Blocker. But it wasn't just the financial aspect that won the night, it was the outpouring of love and respect which proved so touching.
We could try and place into words the excitement, emotion and of the evening, but we'd rather show you.
