In October, Lolaspalooza returns for it's sixth-straight year; this time to celebrate Fort Worth's most beloved and dearly-departed venue, the Wreck Room. After a scene-defining ten year run, Wreck Room closed in 2007 and a new era was ushered in, as Wreck Room owner, Brian Forella opened the now-famous Lola's Saloon on 6th Street.
In the last five years, Lolaspalooza has been the destination for Fort Worth's best, up-in-coming acts, and this year's installment will bring the fervor to a whole new level; bridging the past to the present by literally “getting the band(s) back together.” Many of the acts signed on for Lolaspalooza VI have been broken-up or inactive for years, and the fact they are reuniting just for this three-day festival speaks volumes to the love of their scene and Wreck Room itself!
